I lost my USConnect card, what do I do?

Extra cards are normally available onsite with an HR person or office manager.  After getting a new card, you are able to add it to your account online.  First login to your account at www.usconnectme.com.  

Click on the orange MANAGE USC CARD(S) button.
Click on the green NEW OAN button.
Enter the 14-digit OAN# from the back of your card.
Click CONFIRM OAN

Your new card is now listed on your account.  You can select your "PRIMARY" card and combine funds as desired!
